This weekend starting Friday has been hot, muggy and perfect for evening sky photography!    For those of you who have DSLR's and are able to set your camera manually, your camera atop a tripod will make fantastic images.

Having a wide lens and telephoto lens lets you compose grand sweeping images or tight high resolution crops.   With the tripod, you can shoot RAW with very low ISO, and bracket 1/3 stop to sandwich HDR images together.   For these panoramas, I have done HDR and stitched them together.

For those of you who use your iPhone camera, well yours will be pretty good too when the sky is so crazy colorful, and you can stitch too!
